A. Reboot when the web browser returns a "page not found" en-or during the upgrade.

B. If the web interface does not show when you enter the IP address, be sure that the IP address is different than the IP address at the start of the terminal session.

C. If you cannot access the codec web interface, try to ping the IP address of the codec from your laptop, TCU, or P

D. Browse to the folder level of the file(s) you want to upgrade.

A. You must manually configure the authentication credentials on the center codec only.

B. Do nothing because gatekeepers do not require authentication.

C. You must manually configure the authentication credentials for each codec.

D. Do nothing because the TCU can bypass the authentication mechanism.

A. Check that the system power-on sequence was observed; the TCU should be powered-on first.

B. Check the HDMI splitter in the right table leg for power, correct cabling, and proper operation.

C. Make sure that each collaboration screen has a USB cable connected to the TCU.

D. Check that the dip switches for each table button are set.

A. Use a client like WinSCP to upload the new software image on the Cisco Telepresence Server and reboot the server.

B. Navigate to the Configuration tab. Click Upload software imago

C. Navigate to the Configuration tab. Click Browse, and choose the software image. Click Upload software image.

D. Navigate to the Configuration tab and choose Upgrade Software. Reboot the server The Cisco Telepresence Server automatically uploads the latest software image.
